I have been an athlete most of my life, from running Cross Country and Track , competing in Professional Bodybuilding , Competitive OCR (Obstacle Course Racing), and now Crossfit.  I feel my history in a variety of competitive sports has helped me in my coaching and personal training career. I’m able to help all types of athletes accomplish their goals.
But it’s not just athletes I work well with, I am here to help motivate and push those that need it the most, those looking to finally shed that extra weight and keep it off by making a lifestyle change. Whether you are looking for guidance in transforming your body, improving your performance, or both, I’m here to help you!

Tru-Fitness is one of the only Hybrid gyms in the Central Valley.  A place where you feel accepted and welcomed into the gym.  We provide a great atmosphere for all lifters and athletes at all levels!

Mon, Wed, Thur4am - 7pm
Tues, Fri5am - 7pm
Saturday8am - 11am
