Our Trainers

Tru-Fitness bases our training approach and model on each client’s needs. You can choose 1 on 1 personal training, semi-private sessions with one or two other clients that have similar goals or join our class training!


Tru-Fitness is one of the only Hybrid gyms in the Central Valley.  A place where you feel accepted and welcomed into the gym.  We provide a great atmosphere for all lifters and athletes at all levels!

Gym Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday4am - 7pm
Tuesday & Friday5am - 7pm
Saturday7am - 12pm
Sunday8am - 11am
